Awards and Achievements
100% Attendance Awards
Reliability, discipline, and dedication were on full display as over 33 staff members were recognised for maintaining perfect attendance throughout 2025. Standout employees like Florence, Debbie, and Marizelle have kept this record for many consecutive years, proving that consistency pays off.
Long Service Awards
Our company’s strength comes from its dedicated staff. This year, many team members were honoured for their long-standing commitment to Super Tyres:

- Fastest Fitting Branch: Pietermaritzburg (47 minutes), followed by Hi-Q Empangeni (48.5 mins) and Dunlop Zone Ballito (49.1 mins)

- Best Salesman: Clayton, followed by Ricky & Sli
- Best Wheel Alignment Tech: Lwazi, followed by Philasande & B Majola
- Best Suspension Tech: Sandile, followed by Thulani & Phumlani
Celebrating Growth
Promoting from Within
Super Tyres thrives by nurturing talent from within. Eight team members embraced new roles in 2025, including graduates of the Management Development Program with Action Coach: Sarisha Deonrain, Shantal Naidoo, Clayton Chikanda, and Clinton Luthuli. Participants in the YES Learners Program—Knowledge Dlamini, Zakahle Magangana, Quiniso Sithole, and Kwanele Mfeka—were also recognised for their commitment to growth.
Additionally, 20 staff members completed traction training in Wheel & Tyre Repair, Alignment, and Tyre Sales, while five staff members completed SETA NQF 3 training, including Lungile Jama, Afika Ncombo, Princess Cele, Chris Nxumalo, and Nkosinathi Gumede.
Special Awards
Two annual awards celebrate unique contributions:
- Rookie of the Year: Dion, followed by Musa and Bianca, recognising new employees going the extra mile
- Growth Award: Debbie, followed by Nathi and Greg, celebrating outstanding personal and professional development
