Super Tyres Richards Bay is a family owned business established in 1971. It has been built on honesty, integrity and trust. We are a multi branded company, which allows us to offer our customers the brand of tyres that is best suited to their needs. As we are not an individually owned franchise shop, but rather part of a large group we are able to pass discounts onto our customers through strong buying power. Taking too long, been here nearly 2hrs. Update: Super tyres have a great friendly team working at RB branch. Once they were aware of my annoyance of having to wait so long, they pulled out the stops to get my vehicle sorted. Further they advised that I should have the control arms etc replaced as there was alot of 'play'. Instead of me waiting further at Super tyres, they gave me a ride home, and picked me up later when my vehicle was done. They gave me a great discount for the time inconvenience caused earlier in the day. Overall I left happier. Finally, they are a busy workshop, ensuring proper communication re the time it will take, will alleviate any frustration caused by time delay. I would go back there as they are a great team. Thanks guys, and girl.
