We are a multi branded company, which allows us to offer our customers the brand of tyres that is best suited to their needs. As we are not an individually owned franchise shop, but rather part of a large group we are able to pass discounts onto our customers through strong buying power. These competitive advantages as well as many others have helped us to be voted 1st or 2nd “Best Place to Buy Tyres in KZN” by Mercury Readers Choice since its establishment in 2004. We were rated the Michelin Best Passenger Retailer in South Africa 2012 / 2013.

Second time having bad experience with super tyres Pinetown I did my cv joint few months ago with the guy called phumlan over tightned the exile nut it it couldn’t come out i phoned super tyres than the guy called Ricky said they can’t help me I had to pay at another place to open the exile nut because they didn’t want to help me I went back to them because my cv joint was damaged because of too tight exil nut, but said it not their problem I must buy another cv joint with they failed to fit it correctly. Yesterday I went there they were shouting at me the manager and phumlani they didn’t gave me time to explain phumlani is very rude he said Im lying i fit new bearing he not a full ,super tyre works got problem maybe they are getting paid well the is customer service there And also I did wheel bearing with them not even 4 months it started making bearing noise they said they can help I need to buy new bearings and hub again and they were rude Im sick and tired of this garage take your car to super tyres at your risk I don’t advise anyone to use super tyres Pinetown unprofessional and disrespectful staff including the manager When you go there to complain they shouting like you a small baby who can’t think they treat you like rubbish
