At Super Tyres, we understand the difference between training and development. A training programme enables us to strengthen those skills that each employee needs to improve themselves, whereas a development programme brings all employees to a higher level, so that they all have similar skills and knowledge. This helps to reduce any weak links within the company who rely heavily on others to complete basic work tasks.

 The Sales Guru Seminar, held in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town in February 2019, was absolutely world-class! It was a once-in-a-life time opportunity for some of our key Managers to hear the real-world success story of Robbie Robberts, South Africa’s greatest car salesman, and Joey Evans’ incredible journey from paraplegic to completing the Dakar rally.
