New General Manager Comes With Much Experience
Nytanya brings nearly 20 years of experience spanning sales, marketing, operations, and financial management. Throughout her career, she has built high-performing teams, improved operational efficiency, and driven sustainable business growth. Her extensive knowledge and leadership skills make her the perfect fit as General Manager to guide Super Tyres into its next stage of development.
In sales, Nytanya has successfully led both regional and national teams, developed strategic sales plans, grown key accounts, and consistently driven revenue growth. Her hands-on approach to customer relationships and commercial strategy will strengthen our sales operations and unlock new opportunities across the group.
On the marketing front, Nytanya has been instrumental in developing marketing collateral, producing company and product content, compiling customer case studies, and supporting product launches and campaigns. She played a key role in launching our online shop, which is now one of the best online tyre retail platforms in South Africa. Moving forward, she
will be leading the development of a comprehensive CRM system to enhance communication with our customers, further supporting our vision to become the leading tyre retailer in the country.
Operationally, Nytanya has a proven track record of managing national teams across technical, support, and commercial functions. She has implemented new systems, streamlined workflows, launched innovative products, and driven automation and efficiency initiatives—all enhancing service delivery and overall performance. Her structured, systems-driven approach will help Super Tyres scale while maintaining the high standards we are known for.
From a financial perspective, Nytanya has been deeply involved in cost analysis, profitability management, ROI evaluation, commission structures, and contract negotiation. Her commercial acumen ensures disciplined growth and a sustainable, profitable business. Her professionalism has already set new benchmarks within our finance and commercial teams.
Beyond her impressive technical experience, Nytanya holds a BCom in Strategic Business Management with multiple distinctions, along with formal qualifications in marketing, project management, and strategic leadership.
