Terms & Conditions:

  1. The Competition is organised by Super Tyres (Pty) Ltd.
  2. By entering the Competition, all entrants, participants and winners agree to be bound by these rules (which will be interpreted by Super Tyres and whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding).
  3. Super Tyres reserves the right to amend, modify, change, postpone, suspend, and cancel the Competition/s and any Prizes as defined herein, or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which Super Tyres reasonably deems necessary.
  4. The Competition officially commences on 1 August 2019 and will run until 31 August 2019. Good luck!
    1. Entrants must complete the sentence “I AM…” on our Facebook page and fill in the online form on the same platform to qualify for the competition.
    2. Nine winners will be chosen, one from each of our ST KZN stores.
    3. Participants stand a chance to win a Full Body Massage (value  ± R450) with one of our designated beauty spas.

    1. Entries are accepted by way of posting your definition of being a woman to our Facebook page with the hashtag #MoreThanJustAWoman
    2. Only entries with a completed online form attached will be eligible for the draw.
  2. Winners of the Prize shall be determined by random draw at the Super Tyres Head Office or by an appointee of Super Tyres. The draws will, unless otherwise communicated by Super Tyres in its sole discretion, take place in the 1st week of September 2019.
  3. Super Tyres and/or its advertising agents will announce the winners on the supertyresza Facebook Page and inform the winners on their social media page where they may have entered the competition.  Super Tyres will take reasonable measures to contact the winner.
  4. In the event of any dispute arising in relation to the interpretation of the Competition rules, Super Tyres’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into with entrants, participants or winners in this regard.
  5. All participants and the winners, as the case may be, indemnify Super Tyres, its advertising agencies, advisers, nominated agents, suppliers (including, but not limited to Green Beetle Branding, Network Explosion), its affiliates and/or associated companies against any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of and/or from their participation in any way whatsoever in this Competition (including as a result of any act or omission, whether as a result of negligence, misrepresentation, misconduct or otherwise on the part of Super Tyres and/or use of the Prizes).
  6. The Prize shall not be transferrable and may not be exchanged for cash. Super Tyres reserves the right to substitute the Prize with any other Prize of similar commercial value. All ancillary costs (other than the ones specifically provided for in these rules), including but not limited to, those incurred for the purposes of transport, fuel, personal and incidental expenses or insurance. Government taxes or other fees applicable are the responsibility of the winner/participants.
  7. By entering this Competition, the participants authorise Super Tyres and its promoters, to collect, store and use their personal information for communication and/or statistical purposes, and consent to the dissemination of such personal information to Super Tyres authorised agents and suppliers for purposes of redeeming the Prize contemplated in the Competition.
  8. Super Tyres and their agents reserve the right to cancel, modify or amend the Competition at any time, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances outside of their control should arise.
  9. Super Tyres shall not be responsible for any changes, substitution, withdrawal, cancellation or postponement of any part of the Prize beyond its control and Super Tyres shall not be obliged to award any other Prize in lieu thereof.
  10. If a dispute as to the identity of the winner arises, the visible owner of the social media account in question will be deemed the legal winner of the Competition, irrespective of who entered using that account. Entries are represented and identified by the social media account holder. Super Tyres shall not take any responsibility for users of social media accounts not belonging to the person in question.
  11. Super Tyres may require the winner/s of the main Prize to complete and submit an information disclosure agreement and indemnification to enable Super Tyres to ensure compliance with these rules and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Should any winners refuse or be unable to comply with these rules for any reason, such winner will be deemed to have rejected the Prize and it shall revert back to Super Tyres
  12. Super Tyres reserve the right to photograph and publish the winners’ name/s in any printed media, or any other relevant media. When accepting the Prize, the winner must indicate should they not want their images to be published. Any entrants to any of these competitions agrees to be contacted by Super Tyres, its agents and members from time to time that may contain information or promotional content.
