Hi Dean,

I wanted to give you some feedback on my recent experience with Super Tyres. I just wanted to say that I had a fantastic experience with Super Tyres and I am now one of your “Raving Fans”.

What made my experience a memorable one:

1. I received a few quotes from various companies, and Super Tyres quote was by far the best value for money.

2. The quotation option the website worked extremely well, and the follow-up call by one of your sales team to see if I had any queries was great, and he was able to answer some queries I had.

3. Umgeni Road branch staff were helpful and super-efficient.  They went the extra mile to ensure that I was had the best option available even if it meant coming back in the following week once the stock had arrived to ensure I had the tyres that had a 3-year road warranty.  

4. The fitting of the tyres was quick, and I will certainly be back and recommend Super tyres to everyone I know.

For me, one of the most notable points is that I felt like I was being treated like one of the family  – The feeling of family values transcends all that we do.
