  1. The Competition is organised by Super Tyres (Pty) Ltd.
  2. By entering the Competition, all entrants, participants and winners agree to be bound by these rules (which rules will be interpreted by Super Tyres and whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding).
  3. Super Tyres reserves the right to amend, modify, change, postpone, suspend, cancel the Competition/s and any Prizes as defined in herein, or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason, which Super Tyres reasonably deem necessary.
  4. The Competition officially commenced on 15 March 2018, and will repeat each month until the end date, which will be announced soon. Only one winner will be chosen each month! Good luck!
    1. Entrants must make a purchase in the same month that they apply if they want to ensure qualification for the competition.
    2. One exception is the April 2018 draw, which includes entrants from March and April 2018.
  5. The Competition prize/s include the following, and participants stand a chance to win the prize as indicated below:
    1. The purchase refunded in full – The full value of the winners purchase in the month of entry into this competition will be refunded.
    2. The “full value” is limited (caps out) at a maximum of R10 000
  6. Entries
    1. Entries are accepted by way of posting a “selfie” with one of our Staff “Heroes” on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter using the hashtag #STmyHero on a PUBLIC profile. See in-store marketing material for visual and printed entry information.
    2. Only entries that are visible to the organisers via standard searches on the aforementioned Social platforms will be considered for each monthly prize.
  7. Competitions restart at the beginning of each month and end at the end of each month.
  8. Winners of the Prizes shall be determined by random draw at Super Tyres Head Office or by an appointee of Super Tyres.The draws will, unless otherwise communicated by Super Tyres in its sole discretion, take place in the 1st week after each months’ entries.
  9. Super Tyres and/or its advertising agents will announce the winners on the supertyresza Facebook Page and inform the winner on their social page where they may have entered the competition.  Super Tyres will take reasonable measures to contact the winner.
  10. In the event of any dispute arising in relation to the interpretation of the Competition rules, Super Tyres decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with entrants, participants or winners in this regard.
  11. All participants and the winners, as the case may be, indemnify Super Tyres, its advertising agencies, advisers, nominated agents, suppliers (including, but not limited to Green Beetle Branding, Network Explosion), its affiliates and/or associated companies against any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of and/or from their participation in any way howsoever in this Competition (including as a result of any act or omission, whether as a result of negligence, misrepresentation, misconduct or otherwise on the part of Super Tyres and/or use of the Prizes).
  12. The Prizes shall not be transferrable and may not be exchanged for cash. Super Tyres reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with any other Prize of similar commercial value. All ancillary costs (other than the ones specifically provided for in these rules), including but not limited to those incurred for purposes of transport, fuel, personal and incidental expenses, insurance, government taxes or other fees applicable are the responsibility of the winner/participants.
  13. By entering this Competition the participants authorise Super Tyres and its promoters, to collect, store and use their personal information for communication and/or statistical purposes, and consent to the dissemination of such personal information to Super Tyres authorised agents and suppliers for purposes of redeeming the Prizes contemplated in the Competition.
  14. Super Tyres and their agents reserve the right to cancel, modify or amend the Competition at any time, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances outside of their control should arise.
  15. Super Tyres shall not be responsible for any changes, substitution, withdrawal, cancellation or postponement of any part of the Prizes beyond its control and Super Tyres shall not be obliged to award any other Prizes in lieu thereof.
  16. If a dispute as to the identity of the winner arises, the visible owner of the Social Media Account, in question will be deemed the legal winner of the Competition, irrespective of who entered using that account. Entries are represented and identified by the Social Media Account Holder. Super Tyres shall not take any responsibility for users of Social Media Accounts not belonging to the person in question.
  17. Super Tyres may require the winner/s of the Main Prize to complete and submit an information disclosure agreement and indemnification to enable Super Tyres to ensure compliance with these rules and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Should any winners refuse or be unable to comply with these rules for any reason, such winner will be deemed to have rejected the Prize and it shall revert back to Super Tyres
  18. Super Tyres reserve the right to photograph and publish the winners name/s in any printed media, or any other relevant media. When accepting the Prize, the winner must indicate should they not want their images to be published. Any entrants to any of these competitions agrees to be contacted by Super Tyres, its agents and Members from time to time that may contain information or promotional content.
